Using Marketing Factory and Commerce IO for personalized experience

The Commerce IO solution provides a set of customized rules to extend the ones offered by default in Marketing Factory, those rules allows you to create personalization based on your customers behaviour.

Each time a customer visits a product or product list page, adds a product in the cart or buys a product, events are registered in the Custtomer Data Platform. You can use these events to personalize your site.

The personalization rules set applies to the following:

  • Product viewed, in cart, and bought
  • Catalog page viewed, in cart (based on product added in cart), bought (based on product bought)

The rules are registered under Marketing Factory - Behavorial rules.
