Could not see some nodetypes in the Publication Manager

The main issue was that external links, new labels and their children, were not listed in the Publication Manager.
This issue has been reproduced and details are in this QA ticket: https://jira.jahia.org/browse/QA-8666

Cause

The publication manager just displays types with mixin: jmix:publication or jmix:workflowRulesable
But the "external link" and the "label" did not have one of these mixin types.

Solution

The following improvement has been included in the DXM 7.1.2.1 hotfix:
