The customer was facing a random display error in the content manager.
The display error was a white square covering the tree site and then avoiding the navigation in this manager.
Cause
The cause was not really established as a workaround has been provided but only for Chrome
Solution
The workaround for Chrome is this one:
- Flush the browser cache
- In Chrome, open the URL: chrome://flags/#disable-javascript-harmony-shipping
- Click to Enable if this flag is disabled
- Restart Chrome and re-test the access to the content manager.
The customer has also provided the below workaround for his users who do not use Chrome as default browser:
- To click to the refresh button of the tree site in order to vanish the white square.
