Modules status changelog

January 15, 2024

Jahia modules are in constant evolution to deliver on Jahia's roadmap, and as part of delivering on its roadmap, Jahia is regularly making adjustments to modules' support status in Jahia store.

About modules statuses

Modules can currently take one of 5 different support statuses:

  • Labs: these modules are usually the result of a PoC (Proof of Concept) and are made available to gauge interest in the functionality they provide. These modules are not expected to be feature-complete, are not supported, and are not recommended for production use.
  • Beta/prereleased: these modules are usually close to being feature complete but are not yet recommended for production use.
  • Supported: these modules comply with all of Jahia's quality checks and are recommended for production use.
  • Community: these modules are maintained by the community, although this status does not suggest a lesser quality, Jahia does not actively verify whether these modules meet the same level of quality than supported modules. The determination on whether these modules are fit for production use is left to the user/maintainer of the module.
  • Legacy: Older modules that are not relevant for Jahia anymore.

This page lists changes in modules' supported status.
