Forms 3.1

Forms 3.1.0 introduces the following features:

• Fine-grain control over who can edit and access a form (by user or group)
• Ability to share a direct link to form results with authorized users

The following defects were addressed:

• Performance issues were improved for sites handling a large number of forms
• A redirect page could not be selected if the page was a subpage of a menu label
• Issues occurred when updating metadata in a language other than the form's default language
• A form could not be submitted when a language was disabled
