Unable to persist bundle from resource error

Question

The logs show errors with bundle persistence, this might happen especially after an upgrade. Below is an example log entry:

ERROR [ModuleUtils] - Unable to persist bundle from resource URL file:/JAHIA_INSTALL/digital-factory-data/modules/bootstrap-2.0.3.jar. 
Cause: Unable to store information for bundle org.jahia.services.modulemanager.persistence.PersistentBundle@65854e3

Cause

This may happen in instances where the Jahia core definitions weren't updated correctly after upgrading.

Solution

• Do a touch on the 02-jahia-nodetypes.cnd

  touch TOMCAT_HOME/webapps/ROOT/WEB-INF/etc/repository/nodetypes/02-jahia-nodetypes.cnd

• Restart Jahia
