Supported stack - Jahia 8

OS A 64 bit environment is necessary	Linux Windows Mac (for development only)
Architecture	x86 (the docker images can be used on macOS ARM environments for development purposes only)
Databases - Tier 1 Tested and supported - These are the current versions in active testing by Jahia QA. Recommended version	PostgreSQL 11, 12 MySQL 8.x MariaDB 10.x, Galera Oracle 19c Microsoft SQL Server 2014 Amazon Aurora (MySQL-Compatible edition)
Databases - Tier 2 These versions are not currently tested but are supported with some conditions	PostgreSQL 9.x MySQL 5.6, 5.7 Oracle 11g, 12c
Application Server	Apache Tomcat 9.0.x
Browsers Supported browsers for the backoffice (use of the Jahia interface )	The two most recent versions of Chrome, Firefox, Edge (based on Chromium) and Safari
JDK	Oracle and OpenJDK 8 Oracle and OpenJDK 11 (Suggested minimum version: OpenJDK 11.0.13 ; Maximum version: OpenJDK 11.0.18)*
LDAP	Open LDAP Microsoft Active Directory
Authentication	CAS 2 and CAS 3 Kerberos 5
Production Docker image	Yes
Clustered environment support	Yes
Backoffice UI translations	English French German

* Jahia is compatible with all versions of OpenJDK 11, but some memory leaks were detected and fixed by OpenJDK 11.0.13.
