How to customize JVM arguments in Jahia Cloud?

In Jahia Cloud, is there a way to modify the JVM arguments? For example, by modifying the file TOMCAT_HOME/bin/setenv.sh?

Currently, it's not possible to modify the JVM arguments set in Jahia Cloud as it could have an impact on the 99.9% SLA we guarantee.
