How to know who is on-call duty?

I'd like to know who is on-call duty at Jahia right now?

Answer

We cannot provide personal information but, if you have subscribed to Jahia Cloud or to our 24/7 option, here are the different ways to notify our on-call engineer in case of Level 1 - Critical ticket (cf our maintenance and support policy):

  • Creation of a Level 1 - Critical tickets for a production environment, in our Customer Support portal.
  • A call to one of our 24/7 emergency phone numbers. They are provided:
    • If you're using Jahia Cloud, in the Cloud Customer Runbook, attached to the first ticket of your support space
    • If you have subscribed to the 24/7 option, in the description of the first ticket of your support space
