How to override Navigation Menu? The view is not available as a JSP.

The navigation menu is not implemented as a JSP, it is implemented as a groovy script. It's in the default module: https://github.com/Jahia/default/blob/master/src/main/resources/jnt_navMenu/html/navMenu.groovy
