Upgrading to Marketing Factory 1.10.4

Updating from Marketing Factory 1.10.1 or 1.10.2 to Marketing Factory 1.10.4 doesn't require a Unomi update. However, you do need to take the following actions:

1. Upload Marketing Factory 1.10.4 module in DX as you would do for any other module.
2. Remove Marketing Factory 1.10.1 or 1.10.2
3. Edit and save each goal that was created before release 1.10.2.
