jCustomer 1.8.0

jCustomer 1.8.0 is a maintenance release based upon Apache Unomi 1.8.0

This version addresses an issue related to control group and profile merge as well as some optimization on non-persisted events.

The Docker images were updated to use a new base image (library/eclipse-temurin:11) and are introducing beta support for ARM architecture.
